Mint Chocolate Chip

I am a huge fan of mint chocolate chip! So, why not make a cupcake right? After perfecting this oh- so delicious treat, I decided to share. This chocolate  cupcake is made with homemade cream cheese frosting with added mint and garnished with mini chocolate chip morsels on top. This cupcake is so good you can't pass this sweet treat up!
